FAQ
What is Full Bucket Hoops? Full Bucket Hoops is a basketball program founded in 2025 with the goal of getting kids in the community active and playing the game.
Is this a travel team or a recreational league? This is a recreational league and is open to all players who meet the age requirements.
What if Iām going to miss a week? Teams are built with a maximum of 8 players. If you are unavailable, your team will still be able to compete.
Are practices weekly? Once registration closes, practice schedules will be created. Each team will receive a practice every other week, consisting of one hour of half-court time. Coaches are encouraged to use part of their practice time to scrimmage against other teams.
Officials & Rules Each game will have two certified officials. Games consist of four 6-minute quarters, and overtime will be played as needed. All rules align with the NCHSAA rule book.
Is there supervision? Yes. An administrator will be on-site at all times to oversee activities. All coaches are background-checked, CPR & First Aid certified, and trained in strategies aligned with middle school basketball development.
